About Us: We are launching an online pet supply store specializing in dropshipping pet apparel and supplies. Our goal is to create a seamless shopping experience for pet owners while offering high-quality products. We are seeking a skilled eCommerce developer with experience in Squarespace and dropshipping integrations to help us build and optimize our store.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop a professional, user-friendly Squarespace eCommerce website tailored to pet products.
Integrate dropshipping suppliers and ensure seamless product import and inventory management.
Optimize site navigation, layout, and design for an engaging user experience and conversion optimization.
Set up secure payment processing and checkout systems.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance search visibility and organic traffic.
Configure shipping options, tax settings, and customer service automation tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during development.
Provide training or documentation for basic site management.
Requirements:
Proven experience building eCommerce websites on Squarespace.
Knowledge of dropshipping models and experience integrating third-party dropshipping tools (e.g., Printful, Spocket, Modalyst, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of eCommerce UX/UI design principles.
Familiarity with SEO strategies and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for pet-related businesses is a plus!
